What You'll Be Doing You'll be there to help customers to find the best finance option for their needs, working closely with our panel of lenders.
You'll provide back-end admin support to motor dealers and help to develop automation in this area.
You'll help to build a community of motor dealers who will then go on to be our biggest advocates.
You'll be the voice of the customer to ensure that any necessary product improvements and features are identified.
You will be working closely with the customer success and product marketing teams to help communicate our value proposition and promote new products and services.
You'll monitor the value that customers are receiving from the products we offer, ensuring that they remain fit for purpose.
You Should Apply If You have experience working directly with customers, previous Finance Broker/Financial Services experience is a plus but not essential.
You are a proactive problem solver with an eye for detail, have the mindset of a self-starter to give the very best service to all our customers.
You're passionate about working with and understanding customers and how our products and services can help them.
You enjoy collaborating with other teams including customer success, product development and product marketing to get the very best results possible.
You think strategically and can see beyond the day-to-day activities to understand how what you're doing helps Vision reach its ultimate goals, increasing sales and creating a stronger brand.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (all start-ups can be scrappy at times), re-planning and reprioritising frequently to make sure we're delivering the right work at the right time.
What's In It For You? Generous base salary + equity , so that you own a part of what you help build
A 4% employer contribution to your pension (with a matching 4% employee contribution as well, or simply opt-out if you'd rather do so)
-50 monthly personal allowance to spend on whatever you want, could be towards a gym membership, life insurance or Netflix and pizza. This increases by -50 for every year of service, up to -250 a month
-500 setup allowance to get everything you need for your home office
A g enerous holiday policy - we expect you to take at least 25 days (plus your birthday and bank holidays, which you have the option of swapping for days of celebration that are significant to you)
You're choice of an Apple or Windows laptop with good quality monitors so that you have the right kit to be productive with
