Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Review write-off ledgers for errors or previously collected
items
Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of collections
accounts
Negotiate payment terms and methods with delinquent accounts
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in collections
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Able to collaborate with others and meet goals
Proficiency with Google Workspace applications
