team role We are seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to
collaborate closely with our Credit Card team, specifically owning
net interest and net interchange revenue, and credit card losses.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise
with credit card financial modeling, strategic thinking, and
budgeting/forecasting, coupled with a strong track record of
partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate
has demonstrated experience influencing business leaders and
supporting decision-making in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
With regular interaction with senior leadership at Robinhood, this
role demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to
effectively convey insights and drive strategic alignment. It is
preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations
listed on this job description which will align with our in-office
working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work
in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical

What you’ll do Manage and forecast net interest and net interchange
revenue and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) for the Robinhood
Credit Card portfolio Coordinate with accounting and credit teams
to develop and enhance modeling of CECL, net interest revenue, and
net interchange revenue Support quarterly and ad-hoc analyses
covering portfolio changes, macroeconomic scenario forecasts, and
emerging risks Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-term
financial planning efforts to support the Credit Card team
Improving and simplifying weekly, monthly, and quarterly Financial
Reporting processes, driving standardization, and building scalable
reporting solutions along with Product expansion to ensure timely
and accurate financial insights. Coordinate with the Corporate
Finance team and ensure consistency across teams on respective
weekly reporting materials. What you bring 6 years professional
work experience in finance & strategy roles with progressively
increasing levels of responsibility 4 years of experience
supporting Credit Card portfolio and 2 years direct responsibility
for CECL calculation B.A. in Finance, Economics, Mathematics,
Computer Science, or a related field Strong knowledge of CECL
accounting standards and financial modeling applications for
reserve calculations Ability to work horizontally and vertically in
an organization with peers as well as senior leaders Strong verbal
and written communication skills, logical reasoning, and the
presentation of potential solutions Excellent analytical skills and
the business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight
of the big picture, and an ability to determine the “why” behind
the numbers Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and
interest in developing sophisticated querying / modeling skills
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
simultaneously and drive projects to completion Familiarity with
analytical tools (SQL, Looker) and financial reporting software
(Oracle, Anaplan) Experience in utilizing financial systems for
data input and reporting, and the ability to build and maintain
relevant reporting hierarchies for use within the system Experience

pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of
job-related factors, which may include education, training,
experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The
expected salary range for this role is based on the location where
the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation
zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood
bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not
listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during

(Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $120,000 - $141,000 USD

$125,000 USD
