small remodels and see their vision come to life? Model Remodel, a
Seattle-based general contractor with a focus on remodeling and
sustainability, is looking for a motivated Small Jobs Division
(SJD) Sales Associate (internally titled Client Services
Representative/CSR). In this role, you’ll manage the sales process
from first contact through project handoff, ensuring each client
receives exceptional service and a successful project outcome. Our
goal isn’t just to complete jobs - it’s to create satisfied clients
who will refer us to their friends and return for future work. What
You’ll Do Manage the full sales cycle for small projects, from
responding to leads and qualifying prospects to preparing estimates
and presenting contracts. Serve as the main point of contact for
clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout
the project and warranty period. Prepare accurate contracts with
clearly defined scope, exclusions, and assumptions. Partner with
internal teams and subcontractors for seamless handoff to
production. Represent Model Remodel at trade shows, networking
events, and industry outreach opportunities. What We’re Looking For
5 years of construction/remodeling experience and 5 years in
remodeling sales. Proven track record in estimating, contract
preparation, and closing sales. Strong knowledge of building
practices, methods, and scheduling. Proficiency in MS Office,
Google Suite, and CRM/project management tools. Excellent
communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Physical Requirements Ability to work in a constant state of
alertness and in a safe manner. Frequent standing, walking, and
sitting. Ability to navigate residential properties, including
stairs, uneven surfaces, and tight spaces. Frequent lifting and
carrying up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
Ability to work at a computer or desk area for extended periods of
time and use color-sensitive tools. Ability to operate measuring
tools (tape measures, laser devices) and safely drive to locations
