A certified Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a short-term leave contract in a K-12 school setting located in Marysville, WA. This full-time in-person position involves providing specialized speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience working within school environments. Key Qualifications: - Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology - Experience delivering therapy services in K-12 school settings - Strong knowledge of individualized education programs (IEP) and school-based assessments - Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with educators and families Responsibilities: - Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade - Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success - Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in accordance with school policies - Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting Location: Marysville, Washington (In-person) Duration: Short-term leave contract, ASAP start through March 20th This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication and academic success during a critical leave period.
