Job Description
Position Summary:

The Field Service Technician is a key position will be responsible for representing Cambria positively and professionally while interacting with customers, evaluating and performing finish work to countertops, analyzing and resolving complaints, and filing reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to end users while being respectful of customer properties
Evaluate countertops during on-site visits and perform finish work as applicable
Analyze, document and communicate on-site visit findings with the Regional Product Representative
Assess, analyze and give input on customer complaint resolutions
Act as liaison between the quality group and the customer by communicating effectively and efficiently
Operate basic power tools (hand polishers, chop saw, angle grinder & gorilla grips) while performing finish work on countertops
Maintain supplies and keep tools in good working condition
Represent the company well while driving the company vehicle to all site visits
Performing other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of being customer focused
Accurate color perception required
Ability to read blueprints, tape measures and operate a digital camera
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Practice and promote Cambria's safety standards
Valid Driver's License required

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a field service position

Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office

Travel Requirements: Travel to client and customer homes required. Travel to Minnesota for training will be required as well. Some travel may be overnight depending on site visit locations.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily, drive for long periods of time. Must be able to stand, bend and twist while working on finish work.
