Space & Security (BDS) has an immediate opening for a Quality
Engineer to support Phantom Works in Kent, WA.Position
- Lead integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management
System requirements into all aspects of proposals, program
processes, and documentation.
- Provide interpretation of complex requirements.
- Develop quality metrics, design, and production certification
plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual,
Boeing, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop Quality criteria to support supplier selection
- Lead various reviews to ensure quality attributes are
incorporated into product designs.
- Develop and select methods for analysis, testing, and audit to
ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
- Assist in development of new standards repairs for

- Perform benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to
ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an ABET accredited course of
study in engineering, computer science ore related field.
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS
standard.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience in a Software Quality role.
- Experience in Supplier Quality processes.
- Experience with new development programs.Typical
Education/Experience:Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science
degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer
science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. -ABET is the preferred,
although not required, accreditation standard.Relocation:This
position offers relocation based on candidate
eligibility.Travel:Position may require travel up to 10% of the
