Job Description:

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer II for their remote Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities:

Support customers with quick feedback through emails and phone calls
Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide valuable insights to support the sales process

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of related experience or equivalent work experience
Coding experience preferred (Ruby, Python, Java, Node.js, PHP)
Understanding of RESTful APIs
Strong organizational and communication skills
