A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Equipment & Tool Engineer

Position Type: Full Time (Contract)
Duration: 12 months
Location: Auburn, WA / Fredrickson, WA
As an Equipment & Tool Engineer, you will: Evaluate program and project requirements, develop complex equipment concepts and design solutions for the Production System.
Compile and analyse technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design, usability, and rate estimates.
Ensure compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment needs from suppliers.
Troubleshoot current production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability.
Develop and implement workarounds and maintain configuration of hardware and documentation.
Perform studies and make recommendations for disposition of assets.


The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (ABET is a preferred, although not required, accreditation standard) and 5 or more years' related engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, master's degree + 3 years' work experience)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $52 to $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
