motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative students to join our 2026
intern program. As an intern at Boeing, you’ll gain hands-on
experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do
truly amazing things. The Boeing Global Trainee Engineering
Internship Program is an opportunity for students enrolled in a
bachelor's degree program or consolidated bachelor's / master's
degree program or master's degree program from selected
universities. The Intern is supervised for a specified period
within the occupation and skill area that directly relates to their
university engineering degree. The intern's role will initially be
observational, supported under the guidance of a mentor and
supervisor. The intern will learn to perform elementary level
engineering tasks by applying knowledge of engineering and
scientific methods and tools to define and characterize behavior of
products, services and processes. The intern will be encouraged to
be creative and innovative with assignments. The intern will gain
knowledge of business operations. The intern will apply skills in
engineering / scientific methods, communication, planning,
organizing, strategic thinking, prioritizing, troubleshooting and
decision-making. These positions are expected to be 100% onsite.
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of
the listed location options. Employer willing to sponsor applicants
for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required
Skill/Experience): Minimum of a 2nd year University student
enrolled in a full-time engineering degree program Selected to
apply for the Boeing Global Trainee Engineering Internship Program
English reading and writing proficiency Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience): High academic achievement Excellent
communication skills Demonstrated leadership attributes
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with team members at
all levels Relocation: These positions offer relocation based on
candidate eligibility. Shift: This role is primarily first shift;
however, there may be additional shift requirements to support
program objectives. Union: This is a union-represented position. At

Summary pay range: $54,000 - $74,000 Language Requirements: Not
