Fountainhead Northwest LLC, a local development company is

a full-time commercial property management position for an office

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and willing to be
a team member - provides exceptional customer service relating to
tenant satisfaction and retention yet remains flexible and tolerant
to change. This position allows the right energetic leader to be
involved in multiple roles.
Warmly great clients, tenants, and vendors to determine their needs
and preferences, then create and earn a rapport to foster an
environment of cooperation and understanding while addressing
Work closely with the Facilities Manager to handle tenant
questions, field maintenance requests, schedule repairs and
completion of various tasks in an accurate manner, and ensure
common areas are tidy.
Take part in leasing and marketing activities while professionally
presenting campus amenities, features, and benefits in an effective
Oversee contractors, vendors, suppliers, and all providers to
ensure prompt response to issues, expected performance, and
compliance to contract specifications.
Attend to tenant issues and communications.
Maintain required paperwork, including certificates of insurance,
Issue appropriate notices when necessary (i.e., late notices,
service memos, etc.)
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
Contribute ideas to management for marketing the property and
improving tenant satisfaction.
To be considered for the position the correct candidate
Excellence with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new
software (i.e., access cards, maintenance portal, etc.)
A friendly outgoing personality.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with
management, peers, vendors, and tenants.
The ability to handle customer complaints in an effective
Exceptional customer service.
Must be reliable, dependable, and able to take on multiple
Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to
Must be able to easily adapt in a fast paced and consistently
Must be able to laugh and enjoy performing the necessary tasks with
a bright outlook!
On the job training may be provided depending upon experience and
