Job Description:
A company is looking for a FP and A Associate Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce monthly financial packages/reports with business
intelligence/KPIs and provide commentary on key business
drivers
Act as subject matter expert for the business area, supporting ad
hoc analysis and data requests, and coordinating with business
leaders in forecasting and budgeting processes
Build and maintain forecast models, provide analysis on monthly
variances, and partner with accounting and financial information
systems teams to drive process improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related
quantitative field, or equivalent experience
3-4 years of FP&A experience or other relevant finance role
with substantial financial modeling experience
Experience with Workday and Adaptive Insights
Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and have
strong analytical abilities
