The LPN provides high-quality routine care to tenants under RN
supervision, following the Service Plan, Minnesota BON standards,
and tenant rights.
Responsibilities include developing and updating the Plan of Care,
implementing interventions, and reporting health status
changes.
Assigns and monitors tasks for unlicensed staff, ensuring proper
performance and escalation when needed.
Qualifications include completing an approved nursing program,
holding a current Minnesota LPN license, and CPR certification.
