Civil Project Manager - Land Development
Location: Kirkland, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)A respected civil engineering firm in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its Land Development team. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful projects in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage land development projects from initial planning through construction.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, scopes of work, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington (Oregon a plus).
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams independently.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
