Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. --- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role will require floating to multiple locations --- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Certifications: ability to pass Traveler Tele Competency prior to start Skills required: drains, chest tubes, tele experience + ability to pass tele competency required Patient Types: CHF, Sepsis SIRS, Stroke, COPD, PNA, Cellulitis, medically stable MS patients that more resemble LTAC patients (awaiting placement or guardianship); no dialysis or active MI; ortho: currently only doing shoulder surgeries. Floating: Auburn Scrubs: navy or royal blue (or royal blue top and black pants) 2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - 1 required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
