This position is required to develop, analyze, and interpret a variety of information relating to infection control surveillance, policies, procedures, staff education, practices, and regulatory mandates, requiring independent decision-making and analytical problem solving.Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) (preferred) or attainment of certification within three (3) years of hire

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,509.00 - $186,784.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
