Science and Therapeutics (TST) Division of Fred Hutch is seeking a
candidate with a lab-based program focused on engineered cell or
gene therapy with a strong vision/path to clinical translation.
Candidates of all academic ranks-Assistant, Associate, and Full
Professor with a PhD, MD, or MD/PhD, or equivalent-are encouraged
to apply. The primary appointment will be with Fred Hutch. Academic
appointment at the University of Washington will be commensurate
with experience, qualifications, and academic rank. University of
Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service.The
successful candidate will have expertise in cancer immunology and
be engaged in laboratory-based research investigating translational
cellular therapies. Examples include but are not limited to new
constructs, new targets, non-viral delivery and in vivo
editing/delivery. The selected individual will foster an
environment of collaboration and productivity in cancer cell
therapy. Candidates that demonstrate a track record of
peer-reviewed publications in the cancer immunology field and
success in obtaining extramural funding will be prioritized.Fred

BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is from
$180,000 to $419,681 for faculty hired at the Assistant Professor
rank, $200,000 to $444,214 for faculty hired at the Associate
Professor rank, and from $219,168 to $493,428 for faculty hired at
the Professor rank. Pay offered will be based on experience and
qualifications. This position is eligible for relocation assistance
and sign-on bonus.Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a
