we serve!Responsibilities:As an APRN - Psychiatric, youll be at the
forefront of providing top-notch mental health care. Youll work
directly with clients and their families, conducting evaluations,
managing medication therapies, and offering psychotherapy and
counseling. Your expertise will help us ensure the highest
standards of safety and continuity of care!Your Day-to-Day
Adventures Will Include:Team Spirit: Collaborate with an amazing
mental health team while overseeing the psychiatric care of your
own caseload of clients.Client Connections: Conduct evaluations and
manage your clients through engaging direct care encounters. Youll
prescribe medications, order labs, and provide essential education
to clients and families.Documentation Dynamo: Keep our records in
tip-top shape by completing assessments, treatment plans, and
progress notes within 24 hours. Your attention to detail will help
us maintain our high standards!Care Continuity Champion: Connect
with other providers to gather important client histories and
ensure smooth transitions during admissions and discharges.Team
Meetings & Training: Attend fun and informative treatment team
meetings and training sessions to keep your skills sharp and your
knowledge fresh.On-Call Hero: Share in the on-call responsibilities
for our residential programs, ensuring our clients receive the care
they need, when they need it.Communication Wizard: Maintain
excellent communication with your clinical team, outpatient
providers, and family members to create a supportive environment
for our clients.Qualifications:Starting compensation for this role
ranges from $155,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on education
and experience.We are committed to providing competitive and
equitable compensation. An individuals pay rate within the posted
range is determined by several factors, including skills,
experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we
consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our
organization.Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited
institution is required.Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the
state in which you are applying to provide services and Board
Certification in Psychiatry.Current DEA license.At least three (3)
years of experience practicing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
and working with adolescents requiredExperience working with
clients in a Residential, PHP/IOP/OP or psychiatric treatment
