Job Title: RN - Home Health Hospice Location: Everett, WA 98203
Pay Rate: Up to $2900/week Start Date: 07/14/2025 Job Type:

and partner facilities. Position Summary: Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit
up to 6 patients per day; 27- 30 productivity points standard based
on territory) Case Load: Geriatric, 4-5 patients per day Traveler
is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good
job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
Occasional maximum radius of 100 miles due to territory Timely
communication and documentation required Documentation tools will
be provided, and must be returned. Key Responsibilities: Assess
patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of
care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible
person. Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to
recognize and report changes in patient condition. Contribute to a
healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using
professional communication skills. Meets Core Measure
responsibilities related to patient care. Participate in continuing
education. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Required
Qualifications: 1 YR of recent Skilled Hospice Experience (at least
1 year within the last 3 years) (will not accept inpatient exp) BLS
Certification by AHA Compact or WA State RN License Application
