Jr. Way, Tacoma, WA 98405 Level II Trauma Center and Level IV NICU
Beds: 437 Licensed Beds General Information: Beds: N/A Census?
Average patients/day? Variable average; Volume 15-20 cases per day
Minimum Years of Experience? 1 Will you accept a first-time
traveler? Yes Patient Types/Common
Diagnoses:Diagnostic/interventional, LHC/RHC, NSTEMI and STEMI,
Impella, IABPs, Rotablator, CTOs/staged PCI, shockwave, temp
pacers, peripheral (legs) diagnostic/intervention, loop recorders
Required Licensure Certifications: Is State Licensure and/or
National Certification required? WA Rad -or- CISC License (Yes, I
believe this is the requirements for our military personnel that
are hired on. Otherwise our staff must have ARRT or RCIS) BLS, ACLS
Skills required: Experience with above cases, scrub and operate
table simultaneously Monitoring experience preferred PACS: Picom
Hemodynamic: Merge experience preferred C-arm: GE Alea experience
not required Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC IV Pump: Alaris About
