Job Description Responsibilities This Collaborative Care
position is part-time, working in an ambulatory Primary Care
setting. The ideal candidate will be focused on providing
evidence-based interventions, patient goal-setting, time-limited
therapy techniques, and working closely with other providers and
staff to coordinate care. Qualifications Requirements include: -
Washington State Medical License in good standing - Board
Certified/Eligible - DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority Overview In
