This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to provide trauma coverage at a leading Level II Trauma Center — with a flexible 2-weeks-per-month schedule! ?? Position Overview Is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to deliver exceptional surgical care in a collaborative hospital environment. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team, supported by experienced physician assistants and nursing staff, providing round-the-clock orthopedic trauma coverage. ? Schedule & Commitment Coverage: 2 weeks per month (flexible scheduling) Duration: 6–9 months, with potential for ongoing engagement Setting: Hospital-based and outpatient clinic Shift Structure: 24/7 ER coverage with dedicated PA support Outpatient Clinic: Approximately 3 mornings per week (M–F) Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care in a Level II trauma environment Manage both emergency and scheduled orthopedic procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in outpatient clinics to continue continuity of care Requirements ? Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery (Required) ? Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic Trauma (Required) ? Active Washington License or IMLC with LOQ in hand ? BLS & DEA Certification (Required or willing to obtain upon offer) ? Minimum 5 years of Level II trauma experience ?
