Job Description Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Independent Primary Care (Yakima, WA) We are building a new, independent, physician-led primary care clinic in Yakima, WA—and we’re hiring a PA or NP to help build it with us. This is not a corporate clinic, not hospital-owned, and not driven by RVUs or inbox volume. 4 clinic days 1 admin day. No nights. No call. No hospital work. High autonomy, strong physician support, and time to practice real primary care. This role is ideal for someone who wants to do good medicine and be part of building something meaningful from the ground up. About the role This is a full-time outpatient primary care position in a brand-new, independent clinic. You will work directly with the clinic’s founder (family medicine physician), manage your own patient panel, and help shape how care is delivered—from visit flow to clinical priorities. We are intentionally designing a practice that values thoughtful clinical decision-making, continuity of care, and sustainable workloads—not productivity dashboards and inbox triage.
