Job Description:
Description This role will primarily conduct home visits to PACE
participants in the Everett area. As a member of the
Interdisciplinary Team, the Registered Nurse (RN) participates in
the development of an integrated plan of care and provides direct
nursing care to our frail elderly participants. The RN's
responsibilities including nursing assessments, care planning,
interventions, medication administration/management, treatments,
nurse delegation and patient teaching. The Registered Nurse
utilizes nursing judgment and documents findings in accordance with
agency policies. Performs nursing duties primarily in the community
but may be called upon to deliver services in other care settings
including the Center and Clinic. Under the direction of the primary
care physician, provides oversight to licensed practical nurses,
nursing aides and nursing students who are implementing the plan of
care. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the

Required qualifications: - Education sufficient for licensure. -
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association. - Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. - 1
year Long term care or geriatric nursing. - 1 year Working with the

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
