Job Description Healthcare Recruiters seeks a full-time onsite
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist for our client’s post-acute
facility in Sequim, WA . EXCELLENT SALARY! SIGN-ON BONUS! URGENT

Grads welcome at lower salary. Position Summary Provides and
directs speech-language pathology services, including evaluation,
treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and
documentation Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate;
supports quality assurance and customer service initiatives Reports
to the Facility Rehab Director Key Responsibilities Evaluate
patients per physician orders and payer guidelines; develop and
implement effective treatment plans Provide direct treatment to
achieve optimal functional outcomes within reimbursement guidelines
Supervise and direct assistants, rehab techs, and students in
compliance with state and federal regulations Communicate patient
status and care plans with patients, families, caregivers, and
interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate, timely
documentation in EMR and rehab systems, including billing and
reports Participate in department operations, program development,
and quality improvement activities Provide education and in-service
training to staff, healthcare professionals, and payers Collaborate
with rehab leadership and team members; make appropriate referrals
Qualifications & Requirements Graduate of an accredited
Speech-Language Pathology program Current, unrestricted Washington
State SLP license Knowledge of Medicare, payer guidelines, and
residents’ rights CPR certification (as required for licensure)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong
communication, multitasking, and customer service skills Ability to
travel to assigned locations and meet health and professional
standards
