Job Description Job Description Plastic Surgery - Physician Opportunity at Our Organization's First Hill Campus We are looking for a dedicated full-time Plastic Surgeon to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves delivering exceptional clinical care while also engaging in clinical and translational research within a collaborative hospital environment. The ideal candidate will possess fellowship training in plastic surgery, a strong clinical background, and experience in research. The compensation package ranges from $413,634 to $491,550, with potential incentives and benefits included. This position is located at our First Hill campus, which is part of a multi-hospital health system serving the Pacific Northwest. Our organization is actively seeking a full-time Plastic Surgeon to enhance our practice in Seattle. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and collaborative medical professional. In this role, you will continue the tradition of providing exceptional care to patients and their families while participating in innovative clinical and translational research. A successful applicant will have completed a plastic surgery fellowship and will demonstrate a strong clinical practice record along with a solid foundation in clinical or translational research. Full-time employment opportunity Supportive and collegial work environment Annual compensation between $413,634 and $491,550 The stated compensation may include incentives based on productivity or quality/service, call pay, and additional shift bonuses, as applicable. Furthermore, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may also be available to providers. Work Environment Our First Hill campus is a 697-bed general medical and surgical facility located in downtown Seattle. As the largest of our five hospitals, it serves as the main campus. In addition to the hospital and emergency services, the campus houses the Swedish Cancer Institute and the Swedish Orthopedic Institute. We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, including the region's largest childbirth center, NICU, and specialized pediatric care. Living in the Area Edmonds, Washington, is a vibrant and charming suburb of Seattle, featuring a lively downtown with independent businesses.
