This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, strong clinical judgment, and an interest in leveraging hybrid care technology to enhance patient outcomes while maintaining excellent work–life balance.
