Description The Physical Therapist, as directed by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations, establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment, delegates specific treatments, determines appropriate equipment needs and performs discharge activities. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
