Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Operating Room Facility: Providence Swedish – First Hill Campus Location: Seattle, WA Position Type: Travel Contract (Auto Offer) Start Date: 02/23/2026 Duration: 13 Weeks Positions: 1 Schedule - Shift: Days, 4x10s - Typical Hours: 07:00 AM – 5:30 PM (schedule issued in 6-week blocks) - Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week - Call Required: - 3 weeknight calls (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) - 3 weekend calls (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) per 6-week schedule - 30-minute call-back response time - Float: Required to other ORs within First Hill Campus Experience & Hard Stops - Minimum 2 years OR experience required - Must have Thoracic & Vascular experience (required to take call independently) - Robotics experience required - Hard Stop: Former Swedish permanent staff are NOT eligible as travelers (no exceptions) - Floating required Required Certifications & License - BLS – Required - ACLS – Preferred - CNOR – Preferred - Active WA RN license or Compact license accepted OR Skill Set (Must Be Comfortable With) - General OR, Robotics, Thoracic, Vascular - Urology, GYN, Bariatrics, Plastics - Transplant (Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung) - Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General Surgery - Pedi & Adult cases Charting - Epic (Preferred) Facility Details - OR Rooms: 21 - Daily Census: 50–60 cases - Patient Population: Neonate to Geriatric - Trauma: Level I & II experience preferred About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
