Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Seattle, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,513 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Float Pool Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 3 years critical care experience required License: Compact License or single state license accepted Certifications: BCLS, ACLS (Preferred: TNCC) Must-Have: Recent ICU experience within the last year Description: Must have recent ICU experience within the last year. Position requires strong critical care experience. Weekend work is required, every other weekend. Floating within scope to meet facility needs is expected. Academic or teaching facility experience is required. The ability to perform tasks such as managing dysrhythmias is essential. Required skills include monitoring ventilators, starting IVs, telemetry, and conscious sedation. Preferred skills include ICP and PA lines. The position involves floating to all critical care units. Patient ratios are 1:1-2. Candidates should have Neuro ICU experience along with additional ICU specialties. Candidates must be able to accompany patients to procedures with cardiac monitoring. The role requires proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, which will be assessed. Position reports census varies, and patients include adults and geriatrics. Travel experience is required. Candidates should disclose background checks that may affect eligibility. Two supervisory references are required upon application.
