Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Tacoma, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,793 to $1,987 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Tacoma, Washington, 98405! Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU12H Days City/State: Tacoma, Washington Shift: 12H Days, Days, 07:00:00-19:00:00 Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/09/2026 Job Description: Registered Nurse in the ICU responsible for providing care to patients with various critical conditions including sepsis, pneumonia, and stable neuro cases. Managing patient care with a ratio of 1:2, including invasive line management and ventilator support. Responsibilities: Care for patients with diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, and surgical recovery. Perform manual proning and manage temporary pacemakers. Float to PCU and other designated areas as needed. Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications. Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
