| Oregon & Montana Type: Full?time Overview: The Medical Director
provides clinical leadership and oversight across multi?state
operations, ensuring high?quality, compliant, and efficient patient
care. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and
leadership across WA, OR, and MT Develop and enforce evidence?based
clinical policies and standards Ensure compliance with CMS, state
regulations, and accreditation requirements Lead quality
improvement, utilization management, and peer review initiatives
Support provider recruitment, engagement, and performance
management Collaborate with executive and operational leadership on
clinical strategy Qualifications: MD or DO; Board Certified Active,
unrestricted Washington medical license (OR/MT preferred or willing
to obtain) 5 years clinical experience; 2 years in
leadership/Medical Director role Strong knowledge of multi?state
healthcare regulations
