What's a typical day as a Production Cook? You'll be:
--- Observing color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations
--- Monitoring quality of product, removing substandard product and tossing in totes on floor
--- Monitors flow of product and flippers
--- Reporting to the Production Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
--- Must have ID/DL for interview
--- Must NOT have any allergies to Eggs/Gluten
--- Must adhere to work, quality and productivity standards per plant requirements
--- Must maintain timely and regular attendance per company policy
--- Must consistently meet internal and external customer expectations through teamwork, respect and willingness to help and support others
--- Must take initiative to continually improve performance and work processes through feedback, risk taking, problem solving and exploring new ideas
--- Must demonstrate skill in confronting issues, problem solving and decision making
--- Must demonstrate flexibility to work varying hours and shifts, with occasional to frequent overtime, as per production and plant requirements
