WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT You will be responsible for supporting our field operations teams in the processing and delivery of payroll items weekly. This includes, but is not limited to: Accurate and timely processing of the weekly attendance and payroll for salary, hourly, and piece-rate employees and distribute paychecks Onboard new hires and off-board terminations Provide frequent reports and answer inquiries regarding payroll and benefits to employees and managers Reconcile monthly health insurance bills and assist with benefit enrollments Communicate with managers on payroll/HR related issues Report project direct labor overages to managers Respond to payroll/billing audits from the Corporate office Utilize GPS system to validate scheduling and payroll information Enforce Labor and Industries (L&I) regulations TO BE SUCCESSFUL Associates degree and a minimum of two years payroll related experience Solid proficiency with Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products Position requires a drug test be completed, contingent upon employment and a background check if applicable FOR YOUR SAFETY Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Able to lift light to moderate weight, as well as sit for extended periods of time Experience using a computer IBP is an equal opportunity employer.
