SummaryThe Information Technology department maintains hardware, software, and network configuration for over 200 employees and a broad regional IoT network that integrates products, services, and analytics capabilities. We are looking for an individual with strong technical background in Microsoft 365 for Business who can support design, implementation, and operations of MS 365 and Azure AD services. This position also requires advanced IT software, hardware, and network knowledge and experience to support the PetroCard IT Helpdesk.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigures and manages the workload integrations for Office 365 connections including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.Able to configure and manage MS 365 for Business, including determining and configuring the optimum settings, configuring external sharing, sync, and storage settings, managing users and groups, managing sharing and security, and managing security syncing.Monitoring MS 365 alerts, service response plan, license management, reports, review security / compliance needs, usage, and health metrics.Administer and support MS 365 Azure policies.Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.Management of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD, and other MS 365 ecosystem applications.Management of MS 365 email users, distributions lists, data retention policies, email & data security, and email routing.Assist with the migration of data into the MS 365 cloud platform (OneDrive and SharePoint).Explore, research and recommend compatible applications to enhance productivity.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.Diverse, multi-discipline experience, collaborating with other IT team members in different areas (e.g., network, desktop management, application services, etc.) with proven track record of managing operations including SLAs, IT controls, regular system audits and maintenance.Provide end user training as needed.Education, Skills and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in computer or related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.Three (3) years of Microsoft 365 administration experience required.Microsoft Azure understanding and functional experience.Expert knowledge with Office 365 (Office Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).Experience with MS Endpoint Configuration Manager.Experience with Microsoft Defender for 365.Experience writing automation scripts with PowerShell.Experience supporting day-to-day operations issues, service requests, and project tasks related to MS 365 platform.Hands-on experience with desktop troubleshooting (Microsoft Windows operating system).Extensive experience supporting end-users in MS 365, networking issues and related audio-visual (AV) support.Demonstrated patience with a non-technical audience and ability to walk end-users through troubleshooting from a remote location. Desired:MS 365 Enterprise Administrator Certification.Configure and manage software and hardware related to LANs, WANs, firewall, servers, and storage management.Manage and monitor virtual server and cloud/host mixed environment.Manage and support the organization's information security efforts, using best practices and procedures to protect data from intrusion, loss, and corruption.Conduct regular troubleshooting.Communicate effectively to end users and corporate leadership using non-IT terms.Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP.Minimal regional travel to provide IT support as needed.Contributes to 24x7 on call rotation within the IT department.
