  As a Repair Shop Manager at Western Integrated Technologies, you will need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years supervisory experience preferably in a mechanical environment
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & components
  • Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills to identify and repair hydraulic component issues.
  • Ability to research solutions and equipment information via Internet.
  • Experience reading & understanding blueprints and schematics.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training experience, a plus.
  • Ability to be on your feet all day and lift 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Responsibilities of the Repair Shop Manager:
    • Work with the Repair Coordinator to understand and perform to shop schedule
    • Hydraulic component disassembly, diagnose/evaluate, assembly & Test.
    • Identify parts and complete Hard Card for required repairs
    • Test repaired equipment
