Job Description Job Description Corporate Attorney Corporate Attorney Starting Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 Position Overview We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to provide legal guidance across a range of corporate matters. This role will support regulatory compliance and advise on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in corporate law and the ability to address complex legal issues with sound judgment. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. Assist in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence. Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate issues. Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies. Handle intellectual property matters, including trademarks and patents. Support litigation efforts and dispute resolution processes. Consult with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives. Stay updated on changes in corporate law and relevant regulations. Prepare legal documents and ensure accuracy in legal writing.
