It takes a commitment to quality services, collaboration, innovation and a focus on excellence in all areas.Job DescriptionChildren's Therapy Center's is looking for an ESIT Program Director to the lead strategy and operations for our growing Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) Program. CTC's Early Support Program serves children and families across South King and Pierce Counties. Our Program Director is responsible for leading a team that includes four primary offices, and six growing geographic areas.Our Program Director is responsible for leading the work with the team internally, with key community partners, and with funding organizations to deliver effective, sustainable and comprehensive Early Support Services. Central to this work will be advocacy and strong working relationships with lead agencies who support our services. Our ESIT Program Director must be able to make critical decisions within the context of competing priorities. (S)he will create and leverage community connections to seek out opportunities to strengthen and expand the reach of the program. Our Program Director will additionally ensure compliance with all Children's Therapy Center policies and regulatory requirements, and that we are living our Guiding Values.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the Leadership and Program Teams to develop vision, and execute strategic plans that drive mission achievement within the communities we serve.Manage all day-to-day operations of the program, including program direction; performance management; financial management; grant compliance; fundraising and community relations; data collection and accountability; project management; and general administration.Work collaboratively with CTC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, CTC Equity team, and the community we serve to ensure equitable early intervention outcomes for communities of color.Engage innovation to create efficiencies and build capacity. Evaluate options for expansion in key areas.Coordinate with other program leaders within the organization to ensure good communication, efficient operations and effective programs.Communicate frequently and cultivate strong working relationships with all staff, community partners and other external stakeholders.Attend county interagency meetings, state interagency meetings, and other collaborative early childhood and healthcare focused community meetings; engage in advocacy and other work groups focused on CTC priority issues.Create an environment that supports the delivery of high-quality and collaborative ESIT ServicesPrepare and deliver reports to our Board of Directors, funders and other key stakeholders.Support quality assurance practices to ensure high quality service delivery, and to ensure that programs are in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.Oversee program staff hiring to ensure the program is optimally staffed to achieve its goals and objectives.Work collaboratively with External Relations department to support efforts to secure donations, grants and contracts.Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with local lead agencies, referral sources, funders, and other providers.Stay ahead of industry trends and practices to ensure CTC is always offering the best services and products possible.Directly supervise and support program leads for all ESIT teams and program staff as needed; facilitate program leadership meetings.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree, Master's degree in related clinical/service field preferred.Four (4)+ years of nonprofit leadership.Ability to work closely and develop strong relationships with diverse and multicultural individuals and organizations, including, children, parents, school administrators, program officers, major and individual donors, and elected officials.Keen understanding of child development and early intervention clinical services.Experience and passion for working with culturally, linguistically, and socioeconomically diverse communities.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in an entrepreneurial environment.History of creating new and creative opportunities for growth and program expansion.Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.Competence in creative problem solving and conflict resolution.Skilled in clear, effective written and verbal communication.Energy and passion for leading a dynamic and growing program in the often-changing setting.Six (6)+ years of direct experience working within ESIT or a similar/related program.Experience in community development, developing partnerships, negotiating Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and other collaborative processes.Additional InformationThis is a Full Time Opportunity..Children's Therapy Center offers equitable and competitive pay commensurate with experience.
