It's an exciting time to consider joining OMAX. The integration of the two companies is still in process. With the stability of an over 50-year history with no layoffs, Hypertherm does not plan to make significant changes to OMAX's operations or management structure. The company's current offices and manufacturing operations in Kent, WA, will remain intact with no consolidations or reductions planned.

Our Kent location at OMAX is currently recruiting a full-time Returned Materials Coordinator to validate, verify, inspect, and process all Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) parts received on a daily basis. Additionally this person will:

* Process RMAs from customers, sharing information with Customer Service team; communicate efforts and needs to Quality Assurance Manager and/or Customer Service Manager. * Return and recovery tracking; organizing on-time shipments of repaired units back to customers in a timely manner. * Inspect/Test returned components as necessary to determine the usability and proper credit amount * Maintain accurate tracking and inspection records and test results for all returned items * Maintain detailed and accurate tracking and inspection records and test results for all returned items in which the customer requires evaluation * Maintain detailed tracking records and be able to provide reports for all equipment in each stage of the process * Review RMA reporting weekly to maintain transitional inventory within RMA * Close RMAs when required * Monitor open RMA reports to ensure timely returns against goals, provide ongoing performance against established metrics, and ensure accountability regarding customer and company owned materials * Assist Customer Service Supervisor, field technicians and Sales representatives in the resolution of customer issues as needed * Work with the Quality Assurance team in managing RMA inventory and items to be returned to external suppliers * Manage and execute Internal returns and Inventory Corrections from departmental requisitions

Qualifications:

* Two years of experience with Returned Materials processing, or equivalent experience * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exemplary attendance and punctuality * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work cooperatively with associates and management across the company * Excellent computer operation skills including Microsoft Office Suite programs (Advanced Excel skills including data export, creating and managing spreadsheets, working pivot tables desired) * Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking and time management skills * Ability to create reports for tracking and maintaining a clear record of returns in each of the various levels of RMA process * Must be able to lift 50 pounds * Electrical/mechanical technical knowledge and inspection skills preferred and OMAX product knowledge a plus
