The incumbent is primarily responsible for planning, organizing,
directing and controlling the activities of production department
operations which also includes performance of all functions within
the department. All job duties are to be performed in accordance
with the company's Principles of Ethical Business Conduct.
Lead, coach, mentor, motivate and inspire direct reports to
achieve an optimum level of performance by consistently
demonstrating role model behavior.
Plan and direct production activities and establish production
priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and

maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum
production and utilization of machines and equipment.
Conduct Daily Production meeting.
Review and analyze quality, maintenance, and operational reports
to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications,
and operating or production problems.
Compiles, distributes, evaluates, and actions production
Develop and revise production schedules and priorities as a
result of customer requirements, equipment failure, or operating
Consult with engineering personnel relative to modification of
machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality
Identify and develop continuous improvements to production

Ensures process corrective actions are addressed in a timely
manner and are effective, including conducting audits of

Review site operations goals with department employees.
Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports in a
timely manner. Recommend increases in compensation i n accordance
with pre-determined guidelines.
Ensures that all aspects of the Quality Policy and Objectives as
well as OSHA rules and regulations are understood and enacted.
Participate in and satisfactorily complete all required training
programs for the assigned position.
