Job Description:
An education company is filling a position for a Bilingual
Enrollment Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Providing superior customer service and support to current and
prospective families
Assisting with re-enrollment training and processes for enrollment
team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree OR minimum 3 years' experience in customer
service, or other related experience
Strong proficiency in using multiple software programs
simultaneously
Ability to pass federal, state, and local background checks, as
required by state
