design projects to assess and align roles and people to the
organization's needs. You'll partner on projects such as
organization assessments, strategy definition, organization design,
and organizational culture and core values. In addition, you will
build scalable mechanisms, tools, and resources for our approach to
talent strategies and to enable leaders to drive their own
organization design using best practices and solutions.
The ability to take a detailed approach while influencing senior
leaders' attitudes and behaviors about talent strategies,
organization structures, and approaches to change to enable
effective and timely choices will determine success in this role.
The ideal candidate will be able to complete organization
assessments and diagnose organization and talent opportunities
using data and insights from variety of sources to determine root

leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact
safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is
required!
