Job DescriptionSalary: Customer Service Representative About this Role: Customer service representatives help customers with questions and complaints, provide customers with information about our products, create sales orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand our products and answering questions about their needs, a Customer Service Representative is also seen as having a role in sales. What You'll Do:Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through email, chat, and phone.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Knowing our products inside and out.Creating sales orders and adjusting customer orders.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support. Requirements:High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.Comfortable using computers.Experience working with customer support.
