Job Description:

Our mission is to create a first-class buying and selling experience for all clients and we are seeking a Listing Coordinator who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team.

You must be organized, dedicated to producing quality results, meticulous with details, a positive person, a good communicator (both written and verbal), have excellent computer skills, a quick mind and be willing to work hard and smart. You'll work in a fast-paced office in Renton, WA. This is not an entry-level position. Working knowledge of real estate is preferred. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage the listing process from start to finish, including but not limited to: arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and tracking sales activity. This critical position requires someone with an exceptional attitude who loves to serve others.
--- Manage signed agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork for legal compliance.
--- Schedule and coordinate with outside vendors to meet timeframes.
--- Social medial promotion of listings and the Van Pelt Group.
--- Manage and keep office supplies available and organized.

Qualifications:
--- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able troubleshoot common issues, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet skills.
--- Have excellent attention to details and high-level of accuracy with documents.
--- Clear and effective phone communication: excellent writing skills.
--- Flexible in daily routine: ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
--- Has a reliable car for in-the-field real estate related needs or tasks.
--- Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgage experience is highly valued.
--- Thrives on providing excellent customer service.
