has an exciting opportunity for two Electronic Systems Design
Engineers (Associate and Experienced Levels 2 and 3) to join the
team supporting Space and Launch Programs located in Puget Sound---
Tukwila, WA.Nestled in the lively, but rainy, Seattle area of

focus on both rapid prototyping and program development to

customers.-- You will play a key role with a group that works all
facets of engineering from concept development, proposal writing,
requirements and design, build, integration, test, and
demonstration of products in their relevant environments.To put it
in more simple words--- The position will support design,
development, and integration of avionic systems and/or
communication systems for a space application. The position
provides an opportunity work with an experienced, interdisciplinary
team to develop unique systems to meet challenging requirements on

Responsibilities
- Analyzes and translates system requirements into avionics
systems and/or communication systems hardware and software product
requirements and interface specifications
- Works with suppliers to develop and document aviation systems
and/or communication system product requirements
- Develops trade studies, analyzes results, and performs design
reviews
- Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and
compliance with requirements
- Delivers avionics systems and/or communication system and
sub-systems products and supports system-level integration
- Conducts tests and validates electrical system to ensure system
designs meet operational and functional requirements
- Must possess good organizational, interpersonal, and problem
solving skills
- Must have demonstrated a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
for completing assigned work with a history of meeting
commitments
- Ability to adjust priorities to multiple demands and
unanticipated eventsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.--
The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of
the listed location options.Travel may be required up to 10% of the
time; Domestically depending on business needs.This position
requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which
the US Government requires US Citizenship.-- A final U.S. Top
Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience)
- Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science
degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer
science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance post
start
- 2 years or more of electronic systems engineering
experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience working with aerospace platforms and/or
programs
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Space-related product / program experience (i.e. satellites,
spacecraft, missile systems, etc.)
- Communication systems (microwave and optical) experience
- An Active Top Secret clearance or SSBI Tier 5 within the past 5
yearsTypical Education/Experience P2Education/experience typically
acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited
course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics,
physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years'
related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical
education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not required,
accreditation standard.P3Education/experience typically acquired
through advanced technical education from an accredited course of
study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or
chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related
work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education
and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
