Job Description:

Reset specialists play a critical role at Columbia Distributing, working with Sales Teams and Retail Partners to set schematics and execute resets. Additionally Reset Specialists assist Sales teams with a wide range of tasks and will collaborate on goals and strategies. -
This position is based out of Kent, WA and will cover routes througout King County. - Primary Responsibilities

• Provide and support assigned team with schematic and sales analysis requests
• Assist sales teams with planning, selling and conducting resets in retail accounts
• Maintain and update files and databases regarding schematics
• Create and manage process to ensure that stores are properly scanned, data entry and movement reports are compiled and timely utilized
• Complete other projects as assigned or needed
• Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you encounter through your job
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
• Effective time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • High School diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of 18 years of age
    • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required Preferred Experience and Education
      • Minimum one (1) year sales or schematics experience Compensation
        • Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
