  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Process and reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing of clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, providing accurate and timely information to management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is ideal
    • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
