$21.00Shift Differential2nd Shift $1.253rd Shift $1.00ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Must be able to rotate to all positions of Production Specialist.Count products being stacked in layers in boxes.Stack products on conveyor line while monitoring the product flow and quality.Remove product from conveyor line and stack in assembled box.Monitor the conveyor line from the freezer down the slide while performing quality checks on products.Monitors Metal Detector for the metal detection Step (includes observations or measurements) to assess whether the critical control point (CCP) is being met for HarpC.Stack loaded boxes on pallet for further transport.Push boxes loaded with products through taping machine.Operate cartoner and offbeat loaded boxes and stack for shipment.Loads finished boxes onto incline conveyor.Change the codes on taper, hand stamp and cartoner.Must be free of identified pathogens spread by infected persons handling food such as Hepatitis A, Salmonella typhi, Staphylococcus aureus, etc.Must understand and follow safety/Food safety (SQF)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards at all times.Maintain timely and regular attendance.Must be able to work overtime as required.Responsible to report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.Trained and validated to clean and sanitize equipment and surroundings specific to their focus area (For example, cooks - cookers, depositors, conveyors, floors, walls, etc.)Trained and knowledgeable of the principles of sanitation, proper cleaning and sanitizing techniques, and PPE requirementsTrained and knowledgeable of ladder safetyTrained and knowledgeable in water and drain managementMust have basic knowledge of plant specific cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, chemical solution strengths, and chemical handlingOther production specific duties as needed.Our Benefits:We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insuranceWealth: great pay, 401(k) and stock purchase planGrowth: online courses, virtual and on-site development experiencesBalance: paid-time offOur Company:Conagra Brands is one of North America's leading branded food companies.
