Location: Flexible across Rix & Kay's core regions, West Kent office (Hadlow); East Sussex office (Uckfield); Brighton & Hove officeWe are looking to enhance our Corporate department with a corporate / corporate and commercial solicitor with ideally 3 - 5 years' post qualification experience or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with existing and new clients.Your role will see you engaged in matters spanning all aspects of the corporate life cycle, in particular

• mergers and acquisition transactions
• advising on incorporation, constitutional arrangements including shareholder agreements
• traditional/alternative funding requirements
• lending and security
• corporate re/structuring and joint venture arrangements
• partnerships and other corporate vehicles.We also specialise in providing a full range of advice to business owners and directors across many aspects of their business and personal life cycles and this offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to be involved in commercial and cross-departmental advice for clients.Rix & Kay adopts a positive approach to encouraging flexible working amongst its workforce to retain its biggest asset, its people, and to enhance recruitment.
