Job Description:
Currently seeking a senior level underwriter to grow our busy
TACOMA location!
Qualifications include:
1. Three to five years of recent real estate underwriting
experience.
2. Current FHA Direct Endorsement and/or VA Lapp Appraisal review
required.
3. Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, FHA/VA
4. Experience and proficiency in analyzing risk.
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Excellent computer skills with a high degree of accuracy.
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure.
10. Professional and high regard for confidentiality.
Must have 5 years + underwriting experience. Competitive salary and
